The staff is extremely friendly and helpful The breakfast is excellent The hotel is in the middle of greenery, surrounded by lime blossom trees

This hotel is ok for staying but it is not a 4 stars hotel for sure, I will evaluate it as 3 stars hotel. * The breakfast is really nice * Fridge and AC in the room * Friendly staff - The light in the room and the bathroom is not enough - The location can be much better - The wall paint in “gold” doesn't look good, but this can be a matter of taste 🤷‍♂️ Overall I didn't feel in a 4* hotel and more in like 3*

Outdated and very different from the photos on booking (stains on the ceiling, broken door knob, etc.) When we first entered the room it smelled and the bathroom had some black hairs left in the sink and the tub from previous visitors. Terrible pillows!!! Some of the staff were very kind and helpful, however the person who was left in the night shift wasnt helpful when we asked him for info about local taxi services. He declined to help us to get back to the hotel and told us he was very busy, which we seriously doubt. He spoke terrible English and was extremely annoyed by our request. The only positive part of our stay was breakfast, which was okay.

Every show we give this hotel a second opportunity but it doesn't perform. Considering they are a 4 star hotel a lot of things should be fixed. Rooms need renovation, bathtub is slippery and dangerous and when showering water runs everywhere in the tiles becoming dangerous too. Air conditioning is not working and rooms are very hot, opening windows is not an option due to mosquito storms waiting just for that. Garage and hotel surroundings often smell very bad of sewers. Breakfast is sub par with cheap cereals and juices. The nice staff would deserve a better environment.

Loved teh room amenities Quiet and peaceful location but you really more comfortable if you have a car as there is only 1 bus to city centre and not very frequent ( on Sunday its one every 2 hours and last bus Monday ro Friday is around 8 )

I did not like this hotel. Because of staff and amenities provided. We arrived here as group. The guy at counter provided list to the group leader with some mix up. Don't know whether it was a mistake by the guy who booked. Guy was not that attentive. He just handed over everything to the group leader who was a lady. Then she provided us all the keys. In the morning the breakfast was not very good. It was below average for a vegetarian and average for non vegetarian. Lady attendant was not quite attentive. It was just another group people who booked the hotel for small span. When we asked for wifi it was told that we have to pay 2 euros. But when our group leader reminded the staff that its already included then they gave us the password. Plus the main concern is the rooms. We could here literally everything from the other room which is not cool. Doors were getting jamed when we tried locking it.

This guys are not normal. You have 4star hotel and somenone pay 80e per night, and you have workers at 7 in the morning with a lot of noise. This hotel isn't a good choise.

Out dated.....this hotel needs investments. Matrasses are too old, tv with not even one international channel, windows difficult to open and very noisy (you hear every word of your neighbours though the thin walls). Old fashioned bankets... Taxi sevice is not good. Staff mediocre. Breakfast is good, except the coffee.....should expect better in Italy. Certainly not worth 4 stars and questionable whether is would be worth 3!
